Swedish Massage

Combines oils or lotions with an array of strokes, to help improve the body's circulation.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes, such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

A form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.

Deep tissue massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. The nature of deep tissue work includes open communication to ensure clients are not uncomfortable. After the session, it is common to feel some soreness. Drinking plenty of water helps flush and remove toxins that have been released during the massage.

Hot Stone Therapy

A style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific areas of the body.

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific areas of the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Thai Massage

Massage therapist uses their hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like posture stretches.

Thai Massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. Our clients say that Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. You are fully dressed during the session, and no oil is applied. A single Thai Massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and at home.

Pregnancy Massage

Gives moms-to-be the ability to unwind and feel comforted during a period of physical and emotional stress.

Massage therapy during pregnancy has been shown to provide many benefits, enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves general body tone, increases circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Post-natal massage is beneficial soon after your baby’s birth to concentrate on the muscles most recently used during labor and delivery. It is the ideal way to ease yourself into motherhood also giving your body the rest and rejuvenation it needs. Supporting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of the mother is the biggest goal.

MVA and Personal Injury

Used to treat trauma from car accidents, even when there is little to no apparent injury.

Use your car insurance to cover your treatment after an accident. Many clients suffer from whiplash or low back pain, and old traumas and injuries can resurface as well. We have expert experience in managing these types of injuries.
